Who does work with children on every camp session:

Counselors

All Big Fish counselors speak English, and a big part of them are native-speakers. They are cheerful and easy-going boys and girls who are able to create an atmosphere of trust and establish a special relationship with children. Every year, counselors pass special training in accordance with the standards of the US Association of Camps and a 100-hour training program, where they study innovative approaches in working with children, integral leadership in education, humane pedagogy, non-violent communication, risk management, etc.

Administrative staff

There is a core team in the Big Fish Academy. They are specialists, who work in a team all year round. They regularly visit the camps, communicate with campers and monitor if everything is clear. There is always someone from the administration at every Big Fish camp.

Help and Support

Certified child psychologists and an experienced pediatric doctor are always on duty at every Big Fish camp. We also cooperate with the security services which ensure the safety of children.

Teachers

Certified native-speakers with at least 3 years of teaching experience work with children. All of them are certified specialists who are qualified to teach English to foreign children and teenagers. Before the start of the session, all teachers pass a one-week training.
